Our Attorneys are on the Los Angeles Bar Association Referral Panel

The Los Angeles County Bar Association was founded in 1937. It is the largest in the voluntary bar association in the nation with over 24,000 attorney members. Often people looking for attorneys will call their local bar association in order to be referred to a qualified lawyer.

The Los Angeles County Bar Association (or LACBA) has a program called the Lawyer Referral and Information Service or LRIS. LRIS refers members of the public to qualified attorneys in specialty areas. Only lawyers who qualify are on the referral panel. Lawyers on the panel must submit and application and be approved by the Los Angeles County Bar Association before they can become panel members

Strassburg, Gilmore & Wei, LLP attorneys William R. Gilmore and Justin K. Strassburg have been members of the referral panel since 2007 and successfully handled numerous LRIS referrals.

Attorneys Gilmore and Strassburg are on the Torts Panel for Slip and Fall/Premises Liability cases, auto accidents, and medical malpractice. In order to become panel members they had to apply and be admitted.

Additionally, Attorney Gilmore is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association misdemeanor criminal panel.
